Accessibility statement

Statement updated: October 22, 2026. Translation added: October 26, 2026.

Yair Development & Construction, operated by מ.ב.ש יאיר התחדשות עירונית בע״מ, values accessible information and respectful service. We are working to improve accessibility on our website and when you contact the company.

Website accessibility features

  • A link to skip to the main content.
  • Labels for fields in the general inquiry form and the HaHayil 10 project form, including labels for screen readers.
  • The contact dialog can be opened using a keyboard and closed with Escape.
  • Visible keyboard focus and support for your device’s reduced-motion preference.

Using a keyboard

Use Tab to move between links and controls, and Shift+Tab to move back. Press Enter to activate a link or button. A skip-to-content link is available at the top of the page. You can close the contact dialog with Escape or the Close button.

Requesting an accommodation or reporting a difficulty

If you have difficulty using the website, a form, a floor plan, a document, or a video, please contact us to request the information or arrange an accessible way to receive it. Please include the page address, a description of the difficulty, and your browser or assistive technology, where relevant. You do not need to provide medical information.

For accessibility inquiries, email info@yair-group.co.il or call 03-9666599. You can contact us in writing by email; you do not have to call or use a website form. Let us know how you prefer to receive a response and what accommodation you need. We will review your request and the options for providing the information in an accessible format, and update you according to the circumstances and applicable legal deadlines. You do not have to agree to marketing messages to make a request.

Office visits

The office is in an accessible building at 10 HaMenofim Street, Herzliya. Meetings are by appointment only. For information about getting there, the building’s accessibility arrangements, or an accommodation for your meeting, please contact us by phone or email using the details above.

Floor plans, documents, and external content

The website includes floor plans and visual content, a map, and links to external navigation services. Full accessibility of these materials and services has not yet been verified. If specific information is not accessible to you, tell us the project name or page address and the information you need so we can address your request for an accessible alternative.

Latest website accessibility update

On October 22, 2026, targeted adjustments were made following the website redesign: improved readability of text over images, adjustments to form and testimonial sections, visible keyboard focus, and a completed skip-to-content destination on updated pages. Phone and email contact options were retained. Earlier tests do not certify the accessibility of the new design. There is currently no dedicated accessibility menu on the website; you can use your browser’s and device’s zoom and accessibility settings.

Limitations and work still needed

This is not a full conformity assessment against Israeli Standard 5568 at level AA. Testing with screen readers, magnification, additional devices and browsers, and all third-party components has not been completed. Some images still need better alternative descriptions, and the floor plan needs assessment for a detailed text alternative. Older pages outside the main menu require further manual checks of heading structure and content. At some screen widths, floating buttons may cover part of the content. If you experience a difficulty, please contact us using the options above. This statement will be updated as testing and improvements continue.

Technical updates on October 27, 2026

A text description of the project floor plan is available in all four languages. Descriptions were added to identified images and media logos, and the project testimonial track can receive keyboard focus. Publication of this statement and its translations does not certify full conformity; the limitations and outstanding tests described above still apply.
