Who is responsible for your information

What we collect and why

Our forms ask for your name and phone number so we can get back to you. Depending on the form, you may also provide an email address, the subject of your inquiry, a preferred time for a call, or details of an area in which you hold property rights. Inquiries are received by email and used to respond, provide the information you requested, and handle your inquiry. When you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we also receive the details and message you choose to send. Please do not use the form to send identification numbers, medical information, payment details, or sensitive documents.

Providing your information is voluntary, not a legal requirement. You can browse the website without submitting a form. Without contact details, we cannot get back to you. The inquiry subject is optional.

Service providers and information retention

Inquiries and correspondence are stored and managed through the company’s email and WhatsApp accounts. We use hosting, email, and WhatsApp services to handle inquiries. These providers may access information as needed to operate, maintain, and secure their services. Information may remain in email accounts, WhatsApp conversations, and backups of those services where enabled. To ask about a particular inquiry or request its deletion, contact us using the details above. Deletion requests are assessed under applicable law and in light of any need to handle an inquiry, document a business relationship, or meet a legal obligation.

Information may be disclosed to a competent authority where required by law. External services may process information outside Israel. If you follow an external link, including a WhatsApp link, the service provider’s privacy policy also applies.

Cookies and external services

The website uses cookies and browser storage for operation, security, and preferences, including accessibility and analytics choices. The Ally accessibility component is supplied through an external Elementor service. The project page offers a Google Maps map that loads only after you choose to load it. Once loaded, content is requested from Google’s servers and may use cookies under Google’s policy. Loading an external service sends the provider technical information needed for the connection, such as your IP address and browser details. An IP address is not necessarily anonymous.

You can delete or restrict cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may reset preferences or affect some website features. Continuing to browse does not constitute blanket consent to new uses of your information or to targeted advertising.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics loads only after you agree to analytics. It measures visits, page views, successful form submissions, and clicks on phone and WhatsApp links. It uses cookies and sends usage and device information to Google, which may process it outside Israel. Our integration does not send form contents and removes query parameters and URL fragments from the page address it sends. Google advertising features and ad personalization are not enabled in this integration.

You can decline analytics and still use the website. Your choice is stored in your browser for 180 days. You can change it at any time under “Measurement preferences” at the bottom of the website. Withdrawing consent stops future measurement; it does not automatically delete information already sent. Learn more in Google’s privacy policy.

Marketing messages

The company offers updates, offers, and promotional messages about the project you asked about and other projects. To subscribe through a website form, you must select a separate, unchecked consent box for WhatsApp and text messages, and for email where that option is included. Subscribing is optional and is not required to submit an inquiry or receive a response. Contacting us, browsing the website, or starting a WhatsApp conversation does not subscribe you to advertising.

Your choice, the consent wording, submission time, and source page are recorded in the inquiry email. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying through the channel used for the message or emailing info@yair-group.co.il. A general unsubscribe request covers all the company’s marketing channels, including email, WhatsApp, and text messages, unless you ask to stop only a specific channel. Marketing messages must stop following an unsubscribe request as required by law. A limited record of the request may be kept to prevent further messages. Updating this policy does not create retroactive consent for previously collected inquiries.

Access, correction, and privacy requests

Subject to the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, you may request access to personal information held about you. If it is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear, or out of date, you may request correction or deletion as provided by law. Email info@yair-group.co.il. We may reasonably verify your identity to protect your information. You do not need to attach a copy of your ID to your initial request.

Security and updates

The website uses an encrypted connection and security measures. No system is completely protected against faults or unauthorized access. We will update this policy when relevant changes occur and display the update date on this page. Any new use of information that requires consent will not rely solely on continued browsing.
